The CO2 system is a stable and dependable solution for regulating CO2 levels in a climatic chamber, capable of maintaining concentrations from ambient levels up to 20% by volume (or higher, if required). It consists of a proportional valve, a CO2 sensor, and a controller, which is integrated into the chamber’s main control unit in the PRO version. This CO2 system does not require an external air inlet.

The CO2 flow rate is approximately 0.2 m³/h when using a pressure reducer set to 0.5 bar. CO2 consumption varies depending on the test conditions and cannot be accurately predicted in advance.

The controller features a high-contrast, bright digital display and supports one intervention point with PID control. This enables independent regulation of the appliance’s CO2 level and allows separate configuration of the alarm activation threshold.

The PID controller continuously operates the proportional valve, allowing precise adjustment of the CO2 concentration inside the chamber.

The CO2 inlet is located on the upper rear side of the chamber. The chamber’s internal fan ensures uniform distribution of CO2 throughout the test volume.
