This single cylinder mould is manufactured from high-density polyurethane foam and is designed for durability, precision, and repeated use in laboratory and testing environments.

The mould features internal dimensions of 150 × 300 mm and utilizes non-absorbent polyurethane properties to ensure consistent performance. Its unique monoblock design provides long-lasting tightness and dimensional stability over time.

Compliant with international standards, the cylinder mould meets the requirements of EN 12390-1, 85.188:108, ASTM C192, ASTM C39, AASHTO T23, AASHTO T126, and NF P18-400. An appropriate release agent must be applied each time a test piece is produced to ensure proper demoulding.

The mould can withstand temperatures of up to 80°C and is designed for multiple reuses, making it a reliable and cost-effective solution for repeated testing applications.
