Safety & Operation:
• The unit should only be operated by personnel who have read and understood the operating instructions.
• The bath consists of three main components: the base, lid, and heater unit.
• When assembling the bath, position the heater unit on the left-hand side with the vents facing outward.
• Ensure the bath contains enough liquid to cover the stirrer and heater coil by at least 30 mm before operation.
• Never operate the heater unit without sufficient liquid in the bath.
• Do not remove the heater unit while it is still connected to the power supply.
• The heater element can reach very high temperatures during operation and will remain hot for several minutes after switching off. Allow sufficient cooling time before handling or storage.
• The unit contains electronic components and should be protected from water splashes.
• Connect the power lead only to a 230 V AC, 50–60 Hz grounded power supply with an appropriate fuse rating.
• If the circuit breaker fuse trips, allow the unit to cool before pressing the reset button. If the fuse cannot be reset, the unit should be inspected by a qualified technician.

Operation Overview:
• Set the desired temperature using the controller’s up and down buttons.
• Once the set temperature is selected, the display will return to showing the current water temperature.
• Allow approximately 20 minutes for the water temperature to stabilise.
• If the displayed temperature differs from the required set point once stabilised, the controller offset can be adjusted using the controller settings.
• For improved accuracy during calibration, it is recommended to use a reference thermometer in conjunction with the bath.

The Stirred Calibration Water Bath is a dependable tool for accurate temperature verification and calibration tasks. Its stable heating performance, integrated stirring system, and durable design make it well suited for laboratories, industrial processes, and quality assurance environments where precise temperature control is essential.
