This data logger can measure more than 32 000 readings using different types of thermocouples.                                      Equipped with a K Type probe this device can measure temperatures from 0 to 200°C (32 to 392°F).  Press a button to switch between the current lowest and highest temperature readings on the display screen during the session. 

Simply connect the logger to a computer's USB port and use the free software to quickly set it up and view the downloaded data.  The information can be shown on a graph printed out and sent to other programs for  further study. Included in the package are a ½ AA battery a K-type probe and a wall mount clip.
