High Temperature Oven 53 litre capacity

This mechanical convection oven has a temperature range of 40 to 300 deg C +/- 0.2 deg C, with an electronic controller with calibrated scale and an adjustable over-temperature safety thermostat. The microprocessor controlled digital control panel with LED temperature display is mounted to the side of the door.

The exterior of the oven is mild steel, finished in a light grey powder coated paint. The interior has a polished stainless steel liner with rounded corners for easy cleaning. It is heated by Incoloy sheathed tubular elements located in the side mounted fan duct.
